Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how ReturnBeacon handles refunds for one-time report purchases, subscriptions, duplicate charges, and billing mistakes.
We review refund requests in good faith and with product delivery in mind.
Because ReturnBeacon provides digital analysis and fulfilled reports, refund treatment depends on whether the purchased service has already been delivered.
1. What purchases this policy covers
This policy applies to purchases made for ReturnBeacon digital products and services, including one-time report purchases, subscriptions, and related service fees charged through our checkout or payment processor.
2. One-time report purchases
If you buy a one-time report, the purchase is generally considered fulfilled once the report, analysis, or downloadable output has been generated or delivered to you. Before fulfillment, we may cancel and refund the purchase if you contact us promptly and the service has not yet been performed.
3. Subscription purchases and cancellation timing
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation does not usually create a refund for the current billing period once that period has started, unless required by law or unless we state otherwise in writing. If access remains available through the end of the paid period, the cancellation will take effect for the next cycle.
4. When refunds may be granted
We may grant a full or partial refund in situations such as a duplicate charge, an accidental charge, a clear billing error, or a technical failure on our side that materially prevented you from accessing the purchased service and could not be resolved within a reasonable time. We may also provide refunds where required by applicable law.
5. Non-refundable cases after fulfillment
Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable after a report, analysis result, or other purchased digital service has already been fulfilled or delivered. Refunds are also generally not available because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, uploaded the wrong file, or disagree with a report's business conclusion after the work has been completed.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first so we can review the issue. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may affect access to the service while the payment dispute is being investigated.
7. How to request a refund
Send refund requests to support@returnbeacon.com. Please include the account email used for purchase, the date of charge, the amount, and a short explanation of the issue.
